Return & Refund Policy
Free 30-day returns, for any reason. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery and we cover the return shipping.
How to return
- Contact us on the store chat, by email at cs@elysianoble.com, or on WhatsApp at +1 (929) 206-1658 with your order number.
- We send you a prepaid return label and the return instructions.
- Pack the item and drop it off with the carrier.
Refunds
Your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching us. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Contact us with your order number and a photo. We send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge until your order has shipped. After it has shipped, it cannot be stopped in transit; accept the parcel and return it for free within 30 days.
Lost or late orders
If your order is lost, or has not been delivered within 30 days of your order, we send a replacement or a full refund. Details in our Shipping Policy.
