Shipping Policy
Every order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 24–96 hours (1–4 business days). You receive a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Delivery times
- Standard delivery: about 6 days from your order.
- Economy delivery: about 10–12 days from your order. Economy is the option offered at checkout on every product.
Many orders arrive sooner than these estimates.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on orders over $50. Below that, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delays and our delivery guarantee
A small share of parcels can take longer than 15 days because of carrier or customs delays. If that happens, contact us and we will check the tracking for you.
Your order is guaranteed: if it is lost, arrives damaged, or has not been delivered within 30 days of your order, we send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Changing or cancelling an order
You can change the shipping address or cancel your order free of charge until it has shipped. Once a parcel is on its way it cannot be stopped in transit; simply accept it and return it for free within 30 days (see our Return Policy).
Customs
Orders to US addresses have no customs fees. For deliveries outside the US, local import duties or taxes may apply and are set by your country.
