Is this monocular really 2000x?
No. The body of this monocular telescope prints 2000X25, but its own spec sheet lists 8x magnification with a 21 mm lens. Expect 8x, as in ordinary pocket binoculars.
Does the compact monocular work at night?
This compact monocular has no night vision and no sensor. Like any small optic it needs light, so daylight suits it and the view fades at dusk.
Is it safe to look at the sun through a monocular?
Never point a monocular telescope at the sun, because it can seriously hurt your eyes. Do not leave it where a child could do so, and use it only for ordinary daytime views.
