This half-cut produce saver is a shallow, rounded plastic tray with a clear cover that sits over the cut face of half a fruit or vegetable, so the leftover half goes back in the fridge covered instead of wrapped in film. Each color is shaped for one food: green for half an avocado (14 x 10.5 cm), yellow for a lemon (10 x 10 cm), brown for an onion and red for a tomato (both 12.5 x 12.5 cm).
