These metal plates turn a phone with no magnet into one that clicks onto a magnetic car mount. Peel the film, stick the plate on your phone back or inside a thin case, and it stays put on the mount. Ten plates in a pack cover the family's phones and tablets, with some spare for the next case change. It is part of our Electronics collection.

Frequently asked questions
What size metal plates should I buy for my phone?
For most phones, 35 or 40 mm round metal plates give good hold. Pick the 65 x 45 mm plate for a heavy phone in a big case.
Do metal plates block wireless charging?
Yes. Metal plates can block or disturb wireless charging, so place the plate away from the coil or remove it to charge.
Can I put metal plates inside my case?
Yes. Metal plates are thin at about 0.3 mm, so you can place them inside a thin case. A thick case may weaken the magnet.
Will metal plates hurt my phone?
Metal plates do not contain magnets, but they can interfere with a phone's compass or wireless features, so test yours.
