This wood burning camp stove is a small steel box with a window, burning twigs and split kindling under a kettle at a tabletop camp. You watch the flames through the glass, and there is no fuel canister to carry, though you do need dry wood. It is part of our Sports & Outdoor collection.

  • Two sizes – the standard weighs about 1.8 kg, and the upgraded about 3.2 kg with a larger box

Can I use this wood burning stove in a tent?
No, never use this wood burning stove in a tent, indoors or in a vehicle. The maker says it is for open-air use only, as burning wood gives off smoke and carbon monoxide, which can kill.

What does the Chimney Pipe option include?
The Chimney Pipe option is a pack of six stainless sections, each 280 mm long, sold on its own. It does not include a stove.

Can the camp stove be used on a table?
The camp stove can stand on a table outdoors, on a heat-proof surface only. Keep it clear of cloth, dry grass and tents, and check local fire rules before you light it.

How do I put out a wood stove fire?
Let a wood stove fire burn down, then soak the ashes with water, stir and check they are cold. The steel stays hot long after the flames die, so wait before packing.
